Mustafa accommodated us with last minute changes in the plans in person, it was such an easy experience as everything was well planned and coordinated, I didn’t for a minute worry about where I should be or go. We really enjoyed our stay in Turkey and the knowledge and kidness of the guides.
They were very responsive when we had any doubts, abd it was very easy to organise and book.
The only thing to complain about is food: they took us to a touristy buffet every day… something more diverse and local would have been appreciated.
But all the rest was amazing and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Turkey!!!

We booked the tour through Mustafa Ceviz and was the best thing we did during our trip to turkey. The tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable and also took us around few local non touristy places which we really enjoyed. Mr Mustafa booked us Excellent 5 star accomodation and flights with turkish airlines. We were picked up by friendly drivers who had good co-ordination with hotel and our guides and they knew our schedule well in advance before we arrived and we never had to explain anyone where to go from the team who picked up from the airport, tour guides and hotels. We stayed in a cave house in cappadicia which was luxurious with a private jaccuzi and a 4 poster bed. Our hotel in Kusadasi was superb with fanstastic view from the room and excellent food. We forgot to book our baloon in advance and was unable to find one lastminute. Mr Mustafa recommended us the company and they booked us in. The balloon flight is our most memorable moment for the trip and it would have been a shame if we couldnt do it coming all the way to turkey. Thanks to Mr Mustafa to make it happen. We will be back to turkey next year to visit Troy as we couldnt go this time and will book it only with Mr Mustafa.

Found this tour on trip advisor and decided to book it based on the many good reviews which I read. I was not disappointed. Mustafa Ceviz, the tour operator in Turkey, provided excellent service from beginning to end. He was very prompt and patient in responding to our queries, going the extra mile to wait for us to return to our hotel late at night so that he could brief us in person on the tour itinerary. He is also very helpful and understanding. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on this tour and would highly recommend it to everyone.

It was a great and memorable trip with my family (04 days tour Cappadoccia-Pamukkale- Euphases). The tour was professionally arranged by Mr. Muztafa Ceviz and team. His approach to customers really represents the great hospitality and culture of Turkish people. Initially I had problem with getting visa; after i have paid the advance to Mr. Ceviz; when informed he was ready to adjust the reservations and tour but luckily we got the visa on time. Upon reaching Istanbul he visits the customers personally and explains the tour program. Unfortunately we could not meet him as when he came to our hotel as we went out for shopping; so he called up and explained everything over phone. The most important thing we found was, he could not collect the remaining payment before we leave Istanbul as he could not meet us, but he trusted us and the team collected the payment only on the last day of the tour - it was very touching. The entire tour arrangements were so professionally managed; tour guides were amazing and very friendly (Hats off to Ozay ( he told us the meaning of his name is Pure Moon) at cappadoccia, / Elvana at Pamukkale / Tahsin and his charming colleague), transfers were very comfortable and safe . I personally recommend the services of Istanbul Tour Services / The land of Civilization Tour handled by Mr. Ceviz and team. Turkey is a great place and Turkish people are really nice .. they are really helpful really respect the tourists irrespective of ethnicity, religion or race. Turkish food was so good. When we arrived in the IST airport and flew to Kayseri, we were picked up by the staff smoothly. The local guide Anil in Cappadocia, Ali in Pamukale and Adam in Ephesus are very nice. I can see their profession and passion. The hotels(cave hotel and palm hotel) they arranged are good. location is nice and reasonable. I chose the 4 Day Cappadocia - Pamukkale and Ephesus by Flight/Bus. Everything went really good and I had a great time.

We found this trip on the agency's website and decided to book the tour for 410 Euro. When we arrived in Istanbul, Mustafa came to the hotel personally to walk us through the itinerary and provided us with a lot of tips regarding traveling in Turkey. He was very friendly and patient, and the trust was built instantly. Throughout the following days Mustafa was always available to help solve any problem we have encountered. When we found out the hot air ballon tour couldn't operate due to poor weather and were very upset, Mustafa actively seek other opportunities for us, and even though we couldn't stay an extra day, we really appreciated his effort. The local tour guides he arranged for us were passionate, knowledgeable and honest (except the tour guide in Ephesus, it was only his second tour and he wasn't very experienced). The food was decent (we had buffet in Ephesus and kebabs in other cities). The hotels were decent, the cave hotel we stayed in Cappadocia was very exotic, though there were some smell due to air venting system. Overall Mustafa made the trip a very pleasant experience, and we were impressed by the local hospitality and the rich history Turkey had to offer. I would recommend Mustafa and this trip to any couple who are looking for affordable and flexible Turkey trip.

Four day group Tour: Cappadoccia, Pamukkale, Ephesus These three areas were not to be missed. The tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Pickups and drivers were excellent. I would recommend this package. The weather was bad and we could not go on the balloon ride, it was a three hour process finding that out, so if the weather is bad you might want to sleep in. Each daily group tour included a stop at an artisan shop where they wanted to sell you carpets, jewelry, or ceramics. I would recommend that the shopping part be optional, I would prefer to get back to the hotel and relax for free time. I asked for later pickup to Pamukkale and tour would not do that, yet we arrived early to the lunch place and were taken to the marble factory beforehand. If I knew the tour operators I would give them direct feedback. Mustafa was attentive and changed my hotel near Ephesus in Kusadasi right away when there was a problem at the Palm Hotel(3 star meals included) to Ilayda Avantgarde Hotel (4 star meals not included, but has Starbucks!). I really enjoyed the second hotel, the first hotel did not have working heater in my room and would not give me new room. We paid our deposit by credit card and after arriving were only allowed to pay the balance by cash. I would pay attention to that next time and pay the whole thing up front with credit.

Mustafa is great, he planned very good trip for us and answered any questions we had very quickly - even picked up the phone late at night to help us with our trip.

4 Days/ Nights Cappadocia pamukkale and Ephesus trip” This trip organised by Mr. Mustafa Caviz of Land of civilization was an excellent trip. We replaced 11 hour night bus journey by air transport between Ephasus and Capadocia. We will suggest 11 hour bus journey during day or night is not worth taking and one should opt for air transportation ( between Pamukkale and Cappadocia) at added cost which gives time to rest. Logistics were flawless. Cost of trip can be cut if choice for hotels is varied as per individual preference. Veg food though arranged, was not remarkable at all in Cappadocia for guys like us (pure vegetarian no eggs, meat or fish) and was unnecessary cost to trip, It is better to arrange own veg meal if possible. Veg food at Ephesus and Pamukkale was good. Overall a satisfying tour.

Good value responsive helpful We found arranging things via email and Mustafa telephoning to be very easy and effective. We would recommend this service. Good quality vehicles and guides were provided and it all went smoothly. We had one hiccup when we flew into Istanbul on a local flight and we suspect the driver went to the international terminal. But we called Mustafa and it was all resolved after a short delay. We expected to be driven around but it ended up a walking tour which was ok but should it have cost less? Not sure. The included food was ok, but you may wish to say no let's eat less local. Overall would use him again

We planned a trip to Turkey for our honeymoon somewhat last minute since I work for an airline. We wanted to see more than just Istanbul so we booked this tour so we could squeeze as much in as possible. Mustafa replied to us quickly and had everything covered from pick up to drop off. We even had to call him at 5am when our bus was 2 hours early and we didn't want to wait for someone to pick us up. He had someone there within minutes. We could not have asked for a more helpful travel guide. I would absolutely recommend this tour!!!

We booked our tour through Mr Mustafa Ceviz from the "Land of Civilizations Travel" and got a customised tour from Mr Ceviz from our balloon ride in Cappadocia, our stay in a cave hotel, our tour in Pamukkale, all the way to Ephesus. He even arranged our hotel in Izmir that it was just across the Aegean sea. All lin all, it was well worth it. Thank you, Mr Ceviz. We just returned from a week in Istanbul. There were six of us in our group. We had a marvelous time, made so much so by us fortuitously booking our tours through Mr. Ceviz, Land of Civilizations Travel. His service was caring and impeccable. Our tours were prompt and efficiently handled, tour guides were engaging and knowledgeable, and we came away with a warm feel for the for Istanbul and Ephesus. Mr. Ceviz met us personally to review our tours (we did daily tours including the morning Bosphorus cruise, Ephesus Day Trip, Istanbul Private Tour, and Princess Island Tour). All were splendid. I book my travel package with The Land of Civilizations travel because The price was among the lowest and Mr Mustafa was very responsive with great reviews. All went well until I had a plane delay causing the missing of my connection flight from Istanbul to Cappadocia, and overnight stay in an hotel provided by Pegasus airline. Once contacted, Mr Mustafa rebook my pick up from the Kayseri to Goreme with the next available shuttle. I got nice rooms in Hotels he booked (great service by Nouman at Cave saksagan Hotel in Goreme). Others airport pickup and transfer went smooth. The local agency at Ephesus is well organize, the guide have the list of people with the dropping point and time. I will highly recommended Mr Mustafa
