Mr. Mustafa is the main organizer of this tours is an amazing human and a great organizer for such trips. He doesn’t cost you like the other tours who just charge way too much. We travelled with our toddler and he made the journey so easy and luxury for us that we had nothing to complain about. The tour agent Mustafa in Istanbul is a very friendly and respectful person I have talked to him before going to turkey and he was very helpful. The tour guides who we met in Cappadocia were the nicest people I have seen in turkey. The tour was full of fun, lots of walking, hiking and discoveries. My cousin got sick they managed to drop her off at the hotel and the second day brought her to the tour during the lunch time to be with us which it was very nice of them. Mustafa from Istanbul tour services who organised our tours was brilliant. His tours were all well planned and timing was perfect. The hotels were all in excellent locations. I would recommend Mustafa for anyone looking for a tour operator in Turkey.

Our tour operator was Mustafa Cevi̇z. He did a great job arranging the tour to Cappadocia for us. He personally called to discuss the details and was very patient in answering any questions. He even came by our hotel to pick up the remaining balance. Our balloon ride in Cappadocia got canceled due to weather and Mustafa’s staff helped us make alternate arrangements to stay an extra day. It was well worth it.

The only thing that was stressful was the ride to the airport as it took almost an hour and we had very limited time at the airport to check in. We almost missed our flight. Not sure why, but we missed first hour of our tour. It was not a big deal though.

Overall, I would recommend this tour with Mustafa. Cappadocia tour is a must and is not complete without the balloon ride.

Mustafa helped us with this trip and he has been of great support. The overall plan was good, rate was reasonable, communication and availability were excellent. The only downside was that Turkish airlines cancelled our flight and there was no proper alternate ways to deal with the situation. As a result, we ended up having a private tour the next day to compensate the time which in a way was good as we did not have to be following a larger group. Mustafa's guidance is always recommended, but not Turkish airlines.

I visited Istanbul and Cappadochia on late Nov 2013. I did a lot of search online prior to the Cappadochia trip and I came across THE LAND OF CIVILIZATINS TRAVEL. As there are numerous travel agencies offering the same trip at various rates, it was hard to choose a reliable one. Two Days Trip in Cappadocia it is a very valuable trip, with very good arrangement of transportation and activity, and good guide! The only thing I am not very satisfied is the cave hotel is a little bit poor equipped and unclean. Anyway, overall, it is very well organised and worthy.

Reliable and honest. Peace of mind! We went for a 2 day tour to Cappadocia including the balloon ride in March and were lucky enough with the weather as we juat missed the snow! Mustafa Ceviz was very reliable and honest. Gives you peace of mind so you can enjoy the tour! He is very flexible and gave us options to upgrade our hotel either through him or personal arrangement but still provided all the transport arrangements. He also gave us a courtesy call to our hotel in Istanbul a day before leaving for Cappadocia to make sure we printed our tickets and have all travel documents ready. All our transport arrangements was on the dot and in Cappadocia we met with Mustafa's counterpart Çengiz. Again another warm and friendly person and most importantly honest. I left my credit card in the hotel on checkout and he made the arrangements to pick it up before i even asked him to. Our tour guide was Anil. Very kind, speaks good english and abit of a joker as well. He may quiz you in the bus so look out for answers when he explains! Overall excellent tour guide. All you need to do is sit back and enjoy the trip!

Dreaming of Capadoccia Great tour. I doubted things were going to run OK because nobody charged me ahead of time the 2/3 balance I owed, but everything was OK. What there is to be seen is great and is well beyond what one can imagine. The balloon ride is a must; trip would be inconceivable without it. We took it through Mustafa Ceviz (of The Land of Civilizations Travel) who was very kind and informative. One observation: whenever you ask what goes next or that at what time we'll be picked up, they'll tell you "10 minutes" which may be 30 - 40. We recommend it.

Istanbul Tour Services too highly recommended Travel company My sister and I booked a tour to Cappadocia from Instanbul through the Internet. We paid a deposit of 50 per cent by credit card in advance. The rates were much cheaper than those proposed by our hotel and the service was excellent. We missed our flight to Cappadocia because of a last minute gate change but Mustafa still sent a driver to meet us and he ensured that we caught up with our tour group . Another Spanish couple in our group said Mustafa sorted out some problem in their hotel. We were all very appreciative at how helpful he was. Out Cave hotel was very special....very neat , simple and clean but best of all the owner and staff were great fun and we had a lot of laughs. In Turkey you need to let your defences down and let people see your best side. We felt very welcome and loved in Cappadocia. You can trust this company.
