Yildiz Royal Garden
Yildiz Park was once part of the imperial garden of Yildiz Palace. Extending down the slopes from the palace, this walled park was reserved only for palace dwellers during the reign of Sultan Abdulhamid II.The area of Yildiz used to be a forest in Byzantine times. Starting during the reign of Suleiman the Magnificent, the sultans made it their hunting grounds. In the next centuries, it remained as a grove behind the seaside palaces.
Currently Yildiz Park is a beautiful garden complex with set in a very large park of flowers, plants and trees, gathered from every part of the world dating from the Ottoman era. Park grounds offer panoramic views of the Bosphorus

Eyüp is a district city of Istanbul, Turkey. The district extends from the Golden Horn all the way to the shore of the Black Sea. Eyüp is also the name of a prominent neighborhood and former village in the district.
The name Eyüp comes from Abu Ayyub al-Ansari, the companion and standard bearer of the Prophet Muhammad. Abu Ayyub came to Constantinople with the Arab army during the first attempted Muslim conquest of the city, died, and as his last request was buried there. Seven centuries later, during the Ottoman conquest of Constantinople, the tomb was said to have been re-discovered by Ak Şemsettin, the spiritual mentor of Mehmed II.
Constantinople;s great city walls were breached only twice in 1600 years. The first breach occured in 1204 during the fourth Crusade; the second breach was led by Sultan Mehmet the Conqueror in 1453 with cannons and troops.

i had two tours with the company : Dolmabahce Palace and Cable Car (Full Day) & cruise with Lunch, the best thing is their punctuality in time, the full day tour was on Sunday which was very crowded and difficult for my mother, and since our hotel was far from attraction areas, Mustafa the founder of the company picked up him self from the major company which arranged the whole tour, it took us almost one hour till we reached our hotel, and was so kind. the cruise tour was great and astonishing, there was a visit to village near black sea and was a very good opportunity to have that experience with a cheerful group on the cruise. i'll diffidently will try them again.

“A great experience !!”
This was our first tour of the first day of our holiday on our first day in Istanbul ,so it was with great awe that we went round the Bosphorus and looked at all the buildings and palaces and hotels on its banks. The tour was well organised , the bus was on time and there was no delay in boarding the Boat. It was a sunny and windy day and the music and the snacks available made it a comfortable ride. Our guide was good , spoke good engliish and meticulously pointed out each spot with a bit of its history. The three hours were well spent .After the tour we were given the option of being dropped back at our hotels or any place of our choice .That was very helpul as we could utilize the rest of our day at Taksim Square. To sum up , it was a good trip !
